Equipment is split into two sections, open and restricted. Anyone of any caste may get open equipment. To get restricted equipment however your role must be one that the government would expect to need the equipment.
Please note that you can get equipment in game, you can trade with other players and if you do work for your political party they may get you equipment secretly which will bypass any restrictions. Also although it is legal to own Restricted equipment it is illigal for any starting character without the correct Status/Concept to buy it.
Starting characters have 1,000 credits to purchase open equipment with. These credits are the resorses that the character has managed to bring over to Eden with them. Note that you may convert any amount of this into political credits (Also known as Political Influence Points or PIPs) at a cost of 2:1 so 1,000 credits would give you 500 political credits (PIPs). These credits may be spent on both open and restricted equipment.
You may save any ammount of credits or political credits. However after you have made your character you cannot convert these credits again. In order to gain credits you will need to do work for the government and in order to gain political credits you will need to do things for your party.
This is not the full list of all possible equipment. If you feel there should be other equipment available then please contact us, if we feel that its is equipment that characters should be able to start with then we add them to the equipment list.
Standard Equipment
This is equipment that all characters start with.
Character may start of with a small melee weapon (18 inches or less) and any number of general equipment things, like a mirror, cloths ect.
All starting characters will also have 3 condensed ration Blocks and one pack of Cloud. Also each character has the following cybernetic upgrade.
Internal computer
This computer is installed into each and every person, this was supposed to be an upgrade to increase the efficiency in the populous. This has been subverted and now it can be used to store information confidentially. The computer is made in such a way as to be completely un hackable, if one were to break in then all the information on the computer would be wiped. This has meant that information can be stored here without the chance of it being stolen or found. As such players can store information in a clearly marked OOC Pouch or bag. The information in this bag may not be stolen in any way.

Descriptions
Condensed Ration block
A condensed ration block is the ultimate in low weight high nutrition food. Three blocks are needed to keep a person in full health and stamina. For each one missing you will loose one HP via Drain in DT.
Small Melee
A short crude mele weapon of 18 inches or less.
Large Melee
A mid sized weapon such as a sword or axe. From 18- 36 inches long.
Great weapon
Huge weapons which are not normally used in modern times like a sword. 36- 90 inches.
General equipment
Little cheap things such as clothing, a mirror ect.
First aid kit
Contains a number of consumables which allow first aid to take place. This is represented by the stickers which can be placed on a healing card to do first aid on them. This first aid kit contains 10 blue stickers.
Medi Scanner
This small complicated device requires a basic understanding of Computers. it allows the user to read the healing card of the target.
Plasma Pistol
This fires a super heated element at the target. When hit they are seared by an intense heat Causing problems with healing. You may call "single flaming" with this weapon. This gun may hold one plasma cell, from each cell you get 3 shots. Your range is 5 Yards. You need Gun use 3 to fully use this weapon.
Plasma Rifle
This fires a super heated element at the target. When hit they are seared by an intense heat Causing problems with healing. You may call "single flaming" with this weapon. This gun may hold one plasma cell, from each cell you get 3 shots. Your range is 30 Yards. You need Gun use 4 to fully use this weapon
Plasma Cell
The ammunition for a plasma rifle or pistol. This contains a gas and 3 elements which are combined to create the plasma shots from plasma weapons.
Laser Pistol
This weapon fires a beam of energy at the target which penetrates all but the most modern armours. You may call "single through" with this weapon. This weapon can store one energy cell within it at a time. From each cell you get 3 shots. Your range is 5 Yards. You need gun use 2 to fully use this weapon.
Laser Rifle
This weapon fires a beam of energy at the target which penetrates all but the most modern armours. You may call "single through" with this weapon. This weapon can store one energy cell within it at a time. From each cell you get 3 shots. Your range is 30 Yards. You need gun use 3 to fully use this weapon.
Energy cell
A small battery which can be fitted into specially designed slots to transmit power to a variety of equipment.
Shock Stick
A hand held shock weapon, used mainly by security and the government to maintain the peace. This weapon blasts the target with electricity which temporally disables them. You may call "Electro single stun". This weapon uses an energy cell as power, it may be used 3 times for one energy cell. May contain one energy cell.
Taser
A small hand held defensive weapon. May call “Electro Zero Paralyse ”. You get one shot for one energy cell, may hold one Energy Cell. The range of this weapon is 5 yards. You need gun use 2 to fully use this weapon.
First aid kit- Advanced
Contains a number of consumables which allow first aid to take place. This is represented by the stickers which can be placed on a healing card to do first aid on them. Has 20 Blue and 5 red stickers which can then be used to heal the target.
Kinetic Pistol
This small side arm turns one set of rounds into three shots. You may call “Single” with normal ammunition Some other ammunitions exist. Your range is 5 Yards. You need gun use one to fully use this weapon.
Kinetic Rifle
This standard tactical firearm turns one set of rounds into three shots. You may call “single” with normal ammunition Some other ammunitions exist. Your range is 30 yards. You need gun use two to fully use this weapon.
Morphic Rounds
A self morphing ammo block which will fit most kinetic weapons of the age.
Radiation Blocker
A small machine that reduces the effect of radiation on the wearer.
Light Armour
Gives one Vitality that refreshes between scenes. This must be phys-repped by a minimum of clearly padded/reinforced non military clothing. Covering one third of your body. Examples include a puffer jacket, shin pads, spots helmets ect.
Full light Armour
Gives 3 Vitality that refreshes between scenes. This must be phys-repped by a minimum of clearly padded/reinforced non military Modern clothing. Covering Two thirds of your body. Examples include a puffer jacket, shin pads, spots helmets ect.
Armoured Clothing
Normal looking clothing that will give the wearer one Vitality. This vitality will return between games.
Composite Light armour
Gives one Vitality that is not bypassed by the call single through. Returns between scenes. This must be phys-repped by clearly modern armour Eg a flack jacket covering one third of your body.
Composite Full Armour
Gives three Vitality that is not bypassed by the call single through. Returns between scenes. This must be phys-repped by clearly modern armour Eg a flack jacket covering two thirds of your body.
